Fresh off our sewing barn…here is a biker’s pouch custom made for a customer. Using 500D Cordura and Spandura fabric, we sew this pouch together using mil-spec thread so that it will last its owner many miles and adventures to come. With a custom made pouch like this, you get the amount of pockets you need, the right size that holds your gear and all the other bells and whistles to you liking. Its one of the kind and we are proud to have it made in Malaysia!

Some customers come to Garrison Packs simply because they need a nylon product made to suit their needs. Rather than settle for something standard, off the shelf kit that half your biker friends would already have, you get something made exactly to your liking. Our fully imported (USA) 500D Cordura has been a great seller so far. They are lighter (than the 1000D) and proves to be just as robust and strong. After all, the American army are still using this fabric on their kit!

We use mil-spec webbing and threads to ensure you get the best out of your investment.

Spandura is a fabric that combines the best of Cordura (strength) and Lycra (stretch-ability). They are the preferred material when it comes to demanding endurance and abrasion resistance. In this case, it also doubles up as a cover from light splashes, dirt and the occasional mud!

Now that this pouch is done and dusted, we are onto our next project on the list. A set of bike panniers for an off road biker. This is the first set of bike panniers we will be building and we are stoked! A repeat customer whom we enjoy his company and trust for believing in our products. In the mean time, we shall wait for this custom made bikers pouch to be collected.
