We recently completed a duffel bag for a customer using ripstop nylon 30D (silicone coated) material. This is a new material we brought in from the USA for a few projects. The ripstop is super light and features that cool ‘anti-tear spread’ weave in the fabric itself. Great for those wanting compactness. light weight fabrics without sacrificing too much of the strength factor.
We used military grade webbing and buckles on the duffel bag
This duffel bag is huge. It fits a motorcycle helmet plus a heap of other items. The customer is a big bike enthusiasts and wants this duffel bag to stow away his gear. His design and concept. We are just the people who make it happen for him!
The large opening of the duffel bag makes it easy to keep away larger items like biking boots, helmets and even jackets

We hope to be experimenting more with the lightweight ripstop nylon 30D in some of our future products.
