A work in progress of our prototype pack, with modification adaptations done for the customer
Some months back, we made a prototype day pack for a My Store Room. Since then, we have been coping with a lot of small custom jobs and a few orders for this prototype day pack as well. . Its been a challenging few months for us as we had to turn down many jobs, especially the ones from overseas 🙁
Another prototype pack completed- note the two-direction pull 1 inch buckle used on the front compression straps. These were not available when we rushed the pack for My Store Room
The best part of our job is being able to incorporate a customer’s preference into the entire pack. Customers can choose from available colors, type of fabric, buckles and components right up to additional pockets, straps and other features. This particular pack was made roll top closure, with additional draining holes and molle straps.
A useful feature- just in case.

Ventilated back helps to keep user back cooler
At the time of writing, we still have a another prototype day pack to complete. This and still a good list of jobs to be completed. Not to mention a few bag repair works to be done as well.
