A Velcro patch panel for Loh’s black Gregory Denali Pro
My friend Loh acquired a completely black, probably a US military Gregory Denali Pro (this color is super rare btw) and wanted a Velcro patch panel for the top lid. He wants it in complete black so that we can display out some of the cool patches he has. The lid of the pack is not stiffen, so I added onto it a this layer of plastic sheet. Simple custom job for Loh but it certainly adds character to the pack as a whole.
Loh wanted nothing but the real cordura stuff. We have both the 500 and 1000 denier versions for him to choose from. His requirements were for the panel to be removable and somewhat stiff (which we solved using the this plastic sheet). The rest was just a matter of measurements.

Done. Another easy project
The job is simple but the results speaks for itself. Loh is a happy customer and I think the pack lid looks much better than just plain black. Loh can now use his Gregory Denali Pro lid as a bum pack, EDC with the patches on display.
